Each time this website is accessed, the hosting provider automatically collects information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits. This includes in particular: browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing computer, time of the server request, and IP address.
This data is not merged with other data sources and is used exclusively to ensure trouble-free and secure operation of the website (e.g. to detect attacks). 4. Contacting Me
If you send me a message by email (info@saatkamp.de) or via the contact form on the Contact page, the data you provide (name, email address, content of the message) will be used and stored exclusively to process and respond to your inquiry.
The contact form is processed directly by a PHP script on the hosting server named in Section 3 (IONOS) and forwarded to me by email. No third-party form or email service is used; your data therefore never leaves the processing framework already described in Section 3. A hidden form field ("honeypot") is used to automatically detect spam software and is never seen or filled in by human visitors.
Using the contact form requires explicit consent via a checkbox. The legal basis is therefore Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR (consent) in conjunction with Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR, insofar as your inquiry relates to the initiation of a contract (e.g. an inquiry about a guest conducting engagement); for informal contact by email, the legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries). You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by informing me informally by email. Your data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected, and no statutory retention obligations conflict with this.

This website does not use cookies or any analytics, tracking, or marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Matomo, Meta/Facebook Pixel). No user profiles are created.
